People from the deaf community are encouraged to join a new British Sign Language (BSL) group.
The BSL group will be a forum for the deaf community to give us (the Council) feedback. This includes how we can improve services to make them accessible for all.
The sessions will be held once every 3 months. They will last 2 hours.
We want to make long-term improvements that support everyone in our communities.

You can provide your message in:
- written English
- BSL video (maximum file size 10 MB).
Please include:
- your name
- your phone number or email address
- why you want to join the BSL group.
Responses should be submitted by Friday 31 July 2026.
Once the group is set up, we will send you information on where the next session will be. You will also be kept up to date about future sessions.
